Soarin Clevan builds the systems behind business growth: AI lead generation, AI receptionists and voice agents, automated follow-up, payment recovery, business automation and AI security, plus the websites and search visibility they run on. Each system is connected to the others, runs on your own accounts and is handed over with documentation. We work with businesses in India, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Brazil and South Africa.
It makes sure no enquiry is left waiting or forgotten. It acknowledges a new lead within a minute, keeps the conversation going on WhatsApp and email with a sequence of messages, chases quotes that went quiet, reminds people of appointments, and hands a warm lead to a person at the right moment. It stops as soon as the customer replies or books, so nobody is messaged after they have said yes or no.
Usually, yes. We connect to the CRM you already use, such as HubSpot or Zoho CRM, and where a business has no CRM we set up a simple one, often in Airtable, rather than forcing a new platform on the team. On the discovery call we check what you use and confirm what can be connected before anything is quoted.
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, which is what allows automated replies, templates and reminders at scale. The number stays yours. Meta sets its own rules on message templates and on when a business can message first, and we build within them so the account stays in good standing.
Only if it is holding the rest back. Most of our systems work alongside the website you have: a form, a chat widget or a booking link is enough to connect. Where the site cannot answer buyer questions, cannot be found, or cannot capture an enquiry properly, we say so and quote the rebuild as its own package.
Each package states its delivery time before you commit. Most starting packages take one to two weeks, most middle packages about three weeks, and the most complete packages four to eight weeks depending on the service. The date is agreed in writing with the scope and price.
You do. Everything is built on accounts in your name: the WhatsApp number, the CRM, the automation platform, the website and its domain. At handover you receive the logins and documentation, so the system keeps running whether or not you keep working with us.
A support period, written into the agreement, in which we watch the first real conversations, fix what needs fixing and tune prompts and sequences: thirty or sixty days depending on the package. After that you can run it yourselves with the documentation, or keep us on for ongoing improvement.
No. Google does not sell or guarantee positions, so no honest agency can promise them. What we deliver is the work that makes ranking possible: technical foundations, pages that answer real questions, structured data and measurement, reported against your own Search Console data, including what did not move.
No. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and other assistants decide for themselves what to cite, and none of them offers placement. We make your business clear, consistent and easy to verify, which is what those systems rely on, but we never promise that any one of them will recommend you.
Standard packages start from ₹3 lakh, ₹6 lakh and ₹10 lakh in India. Each other market has its own price list for the same three packages: £2,900, £5,700 and £9,500 in the United Kingdom, A$5,400, A$10,800 and A$18,000 in Australia, AED 13,800, AED 27,600 and AED 46,000 in the United Arab Emirates, R$19,500, R$39,000 and R$65,000 in Brazil, and R62,000, R123,500 and R205,500 in South Africa. Custom engagements are scoped separately, and the price is fixed in writing before any work starts, after a free discovery call.
Running costs. The package price covers the work: discovery, design, build, integration, testing, setup on your accounts, handover and the support period. What it does not cover is what the system consumes month to month, because that is billed to you directly by the providers: WhatsApp Business Platform messaging, AI usage, phone numbers and call minutes, your CRM or automation plan, hosting and the domain. We list the ones your system needs before you commit. Advertising budget, content production, and anything added after the scope is signed are quoted separately.
They are as secure as they are built to be, which is why security is one of our services rather than an afterthought. Every build ships with security headers and careful data handling, and our AI security review tests for prompt injection, data leakage and unsafe agent actions against the OWASP Top 10 for LLM applications.
About each service
AI Lead GenerationService page
Is cold outreach legal in my market?
Business-to-business outreach is permitted in most of our markets when it is relevant, identifies the sender and offers an easy opt-out, but the rules differ by country. We set up each campaign to the market’s rules, and every message carries a working opt-out.
Will this damage my email domain?
Not if it is set up properly, which is why outreach runs from separate, warmed-up sending inboxes on a secondary domain rather than from your main address. Your day-to-day email is never used for cold sending.
Who writes the messages?
We write them with you, in your voice, and AI personalises each one to the recipient. You approve every sequence before it goes out.
What counts as a lead?
A reply from the right person showing interest. We agree the definition before starting, so the reporting counts the same thing you do.
AI ReceptionistService page
What is the difference between an AI receptionist and a chatbot?
A typical chatbot follows a fixed menu. An AI receptionist understands free-text questions, answers from your own information, books appointments and knows when to hand a conversation to a person.
Can it answer in more than one language?
Yes. The Omnichannel desk and above cover English plus another language, such as Arabic, Portuguese or Hindi, answering in whichever language the customer writes in.
What happens outside business hours?
It keeps answering and booking. Anything that needs a person is queued for your team with the full conversation, so it is waiting for them in the morning.
Can I see what it says to customers?
Yes. Every conversation is kept in your accounts, and you approve the information it answers from before it goes live.
AI Voice AgentService page
Does it sound like a robot?
Modern voice agents sound natural and handle interruptions. Callers can still ask for a person at any time, and the agent transfers them.
Can it make outbound calls?
Yes, from the Inbound and outbound package up: qualification calls, reminders and follow-ups, within calling hours and rules you set, and within each market’s telemarketing rules.
What if the caller has an emergency?
You define the urgency rules, and matching calls are transferred live to a person straight away. The agent is not a substitute for emergency services.
Can I keep my existing number?
Usually, yes, by forwarding calls to the agent during the hours you choose, or only when your team does not pick up.
Automated Follow-upService page
Will leads know they are talking to AI?
The first reply is automated and can say so. It answers the lead’s question and offers a booking, and a person takes over for anything beyond what you have approved it to handle.
What if a lead asks something the AI cannot answer?
It says it will get a person to reply, and routes the conversation to your team with the full history attached. It does not guess.
Do I need a CRM already?
No. If you do not have one, we set up a simple one, or use a shared sheet for a smaller operation. If you do, we connect to it.
Can it follow up on WhatsApp?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, which requires approved message templates for messages sent outside a customer’s 24-hour reply window. We set those up with you.
Payment RecoveryService page
Will reminders annoy my customers?
You set the tone and the schedule, and reminders stop the moment a payment is recorded. Polite, predictable reminders tend to be received better than irregular chasing by hand.
Does it work with Tally?
Yes, as well as Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Xero. If your invoices live in a sheet, we connect to that instead.
Can customers pay straight from the reminder?
Yes. Every reminder carries a payment link from your own gateway, such as UPI, Razorpay, Stripe or Pix, depending on your market.
What happens when a customer disputes an invoice?
The reminders for that invoice pause and the dispute goes to a person on your team with the history attached.
Business AutomationService page
Which tasks are worth automating?
Ones that are repetitive, rule-based and frequent: data entry between tools, document chasing, quote preparation, approvals and routine reporting. Tasks that need judgement stay with people, with AI preparing the groundwork.
What is n8n?
n8n is a workflow automation platform that connects your apps and runs steps automatically. It can be self-hosted, which keeps sensitive data on infrastructure you control.
What happens if a workflow breaks?
Every workflow has error alerts, so the right person is told immediately, and logs show exactly where it stopped.
Will my team be able to change it?
Yes. Every build is documented and handed over with a walkthrough, and the higher packages include a training session.
Websites & SearchService page
What is the difference between SEO, GEO and AEO?
SEO earns a place in search engine results. GEO, generative engine optimisation, makes a business easy for AI systems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews to retrieve and cite. AEO, answer engine optimisation, shapes content into direct answers those systems and voice assistants can quote.
What is AIO?
AIO, AI optimisation, is the umbrella name for being found and described accurately wherever AI answers questions, from Google AI Overviews to ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Perplexity. It is what SEO, AEO and GEO add up to, so it is part of this service rather than a separate one, and like the others it comes with no guarantee of being cited.
Do you use templates?
No. Every site is designed and built for the business, which is also what lets it load fast and stay secure.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No, and nobody honestly can: search engines and AI assistants do not sell placement. We guarantee the work, the technical foundations, the content structure and honest reporting.
Will I own the website?
Yes. It runs on your domain and your hosting account, with the code and documentation handed over.
AI & CybersecurityService page
What is the OWASP Top 10?
The OWASP Top 10 is a widely used list of the most critical web application security risks, published by the Open Worldwide Application Security Project. There is a separate Top 10 for applications built on large language models.
What is prompt injection?
Prompt injection is an attack where text given to an AI system, by a user or hidden in a document or web page, overrides its instructions, for example to leak data or take an action it should not. We test for it in every AI security review.
Will testing take my site down?
Testing is scoped and paced to avoid disruption, and anything intrusive is agreed in advance or run against a staging copy.
Is this a penetration test?
The vulnerability assessment is a methodical test against the OWASP Top 10. Deeper, exploit-led penetration testing is scoped separately where a business needs it.
