Soarin Clevan builds AI automation systems for businesses. For anything about your personal information, write to saravan@soarinclevan.com.

If you only browse: nothing. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no tracking pixels. Its fonts are served from this site, so browsing does not send your details to a font provider.

Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes the technical information any website receives to deliver a page, such as your IP address and browser type, to serve the site and keep it secure.

If you send an enquiry: the name, email address, company, market, website and message you type into the form. It reaches us by email or through a form-processing service.

If you use WhatsApp, Calendly or email:those links take you to those services, which handle your information under their own privacy policies. We receive what you send or book there.

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver and manage that engagement. We do not sell your information, add you to a newsletter, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, we keep project records for as long as the engagement lasts and afterwards for as long as the law requires for business and tax records.

Only the providers we use to run the business, such as email, hosting and form processing, and only to provide their service to us. Some of them process data outside your country; where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the relevant law requires.

Depending on where you are, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to saravan@soarinclevan.com and we will reply within the period the law in your country sets.
