AI automation for engineering and energy-services firms
Away from London, much of the UK’s B2B economy is engineering: energy services around Aberdeen and the North Sea, advanced manufacturing in the North East, and engineering and manufacturing across Northern Ireland and South Wales.
Packages start from £2,900 · £5,700 · £9,500
Why this gap exists
Most UK AI automation agencies sit in London or the large English cities, and most of their work is receptionists for clinics, trades and estate agents. In our search we found no dedicated AI automation agency in Aberdeen, and only a handful across the North East, Northern Ireland and Wales, so the firms that could use these systems most have the fewest people building them.

What gets in the way
Tenders and RFQs with tight windows
Enquiries that need a fast, complete first response, not a holding email three days later.
Document-heavy work
Certificates, method statements and compliance paperwork chased and filed by hand across several tools.
Long payment terms
Invoices on 30 to 60 day terms that slip further because nobody has time to chase them on schedule.
Engineers in the field
Calls to people on site go unanswered, and the caller rings the next firm on the list.
Late payment is recoverable in law
Under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, a business can claim statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate on late business-to-business invoices, plus fixed compensation. Reminders that state the terms, on schedule, tend to get paid before it comes to that.

Questions we are actually asked.
Soarin Clevan builds AI automation systems that find leads, answer every enquiry, follow up and get you paid.
Yes. Discovery, build and handover run over calls and screen-share, and every system is set up for UK working hours and runs on your own accounts.
It can collect, check for completeness, file and chase them: certificates, method statements and supplier paperwork. People still review and sign off what matters.
We build to UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, keeping data in your own accounts and collecting only what each workflow needs. Confirm your own obligations with your legal adviser.
