AI systems for manufacturers and industrial suppliers
Manufacturers rarely lack enquiries. They lose them between the enquiry and the quote: a WhatsApp message nobody answered after hours, a quote that went quiet, an invoice on credit terms that nobody chased. We build the systems that close those gaps, on the tools the business already uses.
What gets in the way
Enquiries arrive everywhere
Trade portals, WhatsApp, phone calls and the website, each seen by a different person, with no single list of who is waiting.
Quotes go quiet
A quote is sent and then depends on someone remembering to chase it, while the buyer compares two other suppliers.
Credit terms stretch
Invoices on 30 or 60 days slide past due because chasing politely and on schedule is nobody’s job.
Credentials nobody can see
Years in operation, certifications and the product range exist offline, so a buyer searching online cannot find them or judge them.
The systems that fit, and why
- AI ReceptionistAnswers WhatsApp and website enquiries at any hour and captures the specification before a person picks it up.
- Automated Follow-upChases quotes and dormant RFQs on WhatsApp and email until the buyer replies.
- Payment RecoveryReminds on schedule before and after due dates, with a payment link, and stops the moment payment lands.
- Websites & SearchPuts the product range and credentials where buyers and AI assistants can find and verify them.
- Business AutomationMoves enquiry details into the CRM and quote sheet without retyping.
- AI Lead GenerationOutbound to distributors, OEMs and buyers in new regions, with replies sorted before they reach you.
By market
The same sector looks different in each market. These pages go into the buyers, channels and rules in each one.
Questions we are actually asked.
Soarin Clevan builds AI automation systems that find leads, answer every enquiry, follow up and get you paid.
Usually, yes. Where a portal sends enquiries by email or offers an export, those are brought into the same list as WhatsApp and website enquiries, so every buyer gets a reply and a status. Where a portal allows neither, we say so on the discovery call.
Not when it is written well and stops at the right moment. Sequences are short, specific to the quote, sent in your name, and end as soon as the buyer replies, orders or says no.
Payment reminders can read due dates and payments from Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or Xero, so a reminder never goes to a customer who has already paid.
